In 1990, Mark Lockhart started the company "The Groundsman" servicing Schools, Government Parks & Reserves and Commercial Grounds. The Groundsman has maintained such sites as Lysterfield Lake Park, Churchill National Park and 12 Public Colleges and 150 acres of Government Property in Williamstown. Since then the business has become a reputable force in the Landscaping, Lawn and Grounds Maintenance Industry. In recent times, The Groundsman has been audited by Trades Monitor to ensure our Occupational Health and Safety systems are in accordance with the Victorian Act and Regulations. On review we were found to be conforming being awarded our compliance certificate. This further ensures or position as market leaders demonstrating not only safe work systems for our Company, but also for our Clients.
